Microsoft Surface Pro Crashes When Uploading File

I am Dave, I will help yous with this.
Delight upload whatsoever minidump files you have, I will bank check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy whatsoever minidump files onto your Desktop, then goose egg those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and become a share link.
Then post the link here to the naught file, and then nosotros can accept a wait for you.

Hi Antonio,
Your minidump file indicates that information technology is the device commuter (nvlddmkm.sys) on your Nvidia graphics card that is causing the system to crash
Y'all should completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely bachelor gratis DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the Nvidia device driver.

good evening
ok i used ddu and removed all nvidia and proceeded to go to nvidia website and download drivers for geforce rtx 2060 (my graphics card) should i do usual windows update stuff etc or exit information technology as it is right now besides i will say something if information technology crashes/freezes again

Well hello again
I was playing borderlands 3 to see if crashes was all good but when i closed the game both screen Turned black pressing caps lock isnt working neither is num lock it didnt restarted itself its just stuck like this so call back its a deadlock now

also this but happens when playing games and so using the pc ordinarily this doesnt happen

If that continues to occur, endeavor finding a different version of the Nvidia commuter, that is stable on your system.
